Dear Director Skinner,

Recently I spoke to Mr. Evan Craig, a concerned environmentalist and Sierra Club member, who expressed great concern in protecting important wetlands in Antioch Township. Currently a large tract of land is being developed into a residential subdivision (The Homer White Property). This tract of land is in proximity to the state owned Red Wing Marsh and a piece of Lake County Forest Preserve marshland. I feel it is very important to be concerned about the affect of this development if it is planned wrong.

Mr. Craig made reference to sec 401 of the Clean Water Act. My assumption is that he felt you have some jurisdiction authority and responsibility under this act.
