 Sun Lake Stewardship, March 2003 !

Before

Facing S, on the NE edge of the farm field N of Sun Lake.

We continued clearing a strip wide enough to free the large oaks that border the farm field to the W. 
 

After

We cut and heaped choke cherry and buckthorn  in a heap in the right foregound.

Now that light can reach the ground, we hope for young oak saplings to sprout under the older trees.
