This hike is nearby Hawn State Park and Hickory Canyon.
Directions:
Cross the bridge at Chester, Illinois and follow to Highway H. Follow H until it ends. Turn left and follow to Highway Z. Take this road to I-55. Go to St. Genevieve and exit for Missouri Highway 32. Go 16 miles to Highway A. Arrive at the parking area.This is a moderate two mile loop trail. The salient features include twin natural arches, unique rock formations, waterfalls, canyons, winding cliff walls, and a distant view on a dome glade rock.
