Directions: located on I-64 in eastern Kentucky, not far from the West Virginia line; a welcome respite on the way to Washington DC. While guided-tour caves in the park are of interest, the most significant feature of the park is its four natural arches (bridges). Three are found on the 5 mile Red Trail loop; one is on the
Natural Bridge Trail spur. The trails are rated as easy. The arches range from 15-90 ft high, and their width from 40-100 feet. For additional information on these or other outing locations, call Bob Tyson at 684-5643, or, mailto:robkay43@webtv.net ■
