Do you remember how much fun it was to work with test tubes
and chemicals in your chemistry class? Now relearn those skills and play a critical
role in gathering data used in promoting clean water in our local streams.
The RPG's certified Water Sentinels Program has openings for a couple of chemical
testers. If you would consider giving up a few Saturday mornings a year, you
can be trained to test water samples from Salt Creek and the East Branch or
the DuPage quarterly and West DuPage monthly. Water collecters visit their collection
sites on the first Saturday of the month and bring the samples to the testers.
