Qualified members need to meet all the requirements listed in each numeral below:
1. Members need to be a member of the Sierra Club's River Prairie Group.
2. Members need to be meet at least one of these criteria to complete numeral 2 guideline (2a, 2b, 2c, or 2d):
2a. Currently on the RPG Elected Executive Committee.
2b. Member is chairing or co-chairing one of the standing RPG committees that the RPG Executive Committee has recognized as making a significant contribution to the functioning of the RPG.
2c. Member has completed short-term projects that the RPG Executive Committee has recognized as being significant tasks for the RPG, and member has indicated willingness to complete additional short-term projects in the future.
2d. Member has agreed to complete a short project that the RPG Executive Committee has recognized as being a significant task for the RPG, and member has indicated willingness to complete future short-term projects.
3. Member has agreed to remain in communication with the RPG Executive Committee concerning his/her Sierra Club activities by using the appropriate RPG Chain of Command.
4. Member will provide the current RPG Executive Chair the following information to be added to the RPG Bluesheets: current address, email address, and phone number.
5. All members on the RPG Executive Committee Listserv will have their names posted on the "Contacts" section of the group web page.
6. The RPG Executive Committee will routinely review the membership on the RPG Executive Committee Listserv and determine which members continue to meet the requirements for membership. The RPG Executive Chair will make recommendations to the RPG Executive Committee concerning which members no longer meet the requirements for continued membership and for new applicants for membership. The RPG Executive Committee will review those recommendations and decide which recommendations to implement.
