Saturday March 24, 2012 9am-12pm Confluence Trash Bash Meet at Chouteau Island for a land-based clean up Clean up river shores and trail Help clean up Chouteau Island of trash and debris. Wear long pants and closed toe shoes
Monday March 26, 2012 8am-2pm Upper Miss High School Critical Thinking Skills Day NO Nelson Campus; Edwardsville Educate on River Issues Moderate high school groups' sessions
Saturday April 14, 2012 10am-4pm Alton Earth Day The Nature Institute Celebrate all local and global natural resources Help set up booth and  man it, assist during a field session, other random tasks that arise
Wednesday April 18, 2012 10am-4pm LCCC Earth Day LCCC in Godfrey Celebrate all local and global natural resources Help set up booth and  man it, other random tasks that arise
Saturday April 21, 2012 10am-12pm Great River Road clean-up 11 miles. Godfrey to Grafton Clean up the streets/riverside Help drop supplies every mile, shuttle volunteers, clean up the road of trash and debris on both sides of the road
Friday April 27, 2012 9am-2pm Conservation Day Pere Marquette – Jersey County Educate 4th graders on water Help set up, run, or tear down the education booth – fun!
Saturday April 28, 2012 9am-2pm Arbor Day Celebration Glazebrook Park, Godfre Educate public on the importance of trees Help set up, run, or tear down the informational or education booth – fun!
Saturday May 12, 2012 8am-4pm Wings of Spring West Alton's Audobon Center at Riverlands Educate public on birds/migratory cooridor Help set up, run, or tear down the education booth – fun!
Friday May 18, 2012 8am-3pm Dive In Festival The Nature Institute Educate 4th graders on water Help set up, run, or tear down the education booth – fun!
Saturday May 19, 2012 9am-11am Alton City Wide Clean Up Downtown Alton Clean up the streets/gullies of litter Clean up Broadway from Ridge to Washington and Broadway from Washington to Milton Rd.
Sunday May 20, 2012 9am-4pm You Can Paddle: Safety Training: 9am-11am; Public Paddle/Race 11am-4pm West Alton's Riverlands Demo area Get safety personnel and the public on the river Help folks unload canoes/kayaks, pushing them off for their clinic, and then re-loading them back on the trailer. Plus, other random tasks as they come up.
Saturday June 9, 2012 9am-4pm Family Fishing Fair Pere Marquette State Park Manage the recycling for the event Organize and maintain all the recylcing stations; educate public on new recycling program at the event; clean bins afterwards

Saturday Sept. 15, 2012 8:45am-12pm Mississippi Earthtones Festival RIVER CLEAN UP TBA Clean up river shores and trail Help register participants, help clean up. Free boat ride!
Saturday Sept. 15, 2012 10am-11pm Mississippi Earthtones Festival Alton Riverfront Amphitheater Educate, recreate, and conserve river resources Help set up booths, man the registration table, assist the workshop presenters, any random tasks that arise, help tear down event
Saturday Sept - TBA 8am-12pm Invasive Species Removal Arlington Wetlands in Collinsville/Granite City Wetlands restoration project Manually remove invasive plant species; training will occur on-site
