Energy Efficient Building Codes HB 3987- Amends the Commercial Building Act to include residential buildings.  Requires the adoption of the latest version of the International Code Council's International Energy Conservation Code.

Natural Gas Efficiency SB 1918- Amends the IL Power Agency Act to include an energy efficiency portfolio standard for natural gas. (don't be confused by the description, which lists it as a migrant labor-license bill)

Clean Cars HJR 63- A resolution in support of the Obama Administration's efforts to revise Federal Corporate Average Fuel Economy standards, which will help to reduce vehicle carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 30%.
