Prairie Restoration, Bees, Birds and Lichens
I attended
part of the Third Illiniois Hill Prairie Conference April 28, at
Camp Wokanda, north of Peoria within the river bluff woods. There
were indoor and outdoor workshops and discussion about this very
rare ecosystem, fairly common in Peoria County but very rare in
most of Illinois and North America.
