  • Pass the Word - Anyone can be a volunteer by downloading, printing and passing around the flyers linked below to help make Sierra Club known in your neighborhood or in events that you attend. Print these PDFs on bright color paper, if available. Thanks for your help in drawing others to our mission! Half-page flyer for posting or handout.  Tear-off flyer for bulletin boards.

  • Great Lakes Issues & Montrose Beach Dunes Restoration & Cleanups - The Chicago Group seeks volunteers who want to work on Great Lakes and Lake Michigan issues. Get your hands wet and dirty at our monthly monthly Montrose Beach dunes restoration and beach clean-ups.   • ICO Volunteers - Inner City Outings of Chicago – a youth outreach program designed to acquaint inner-city youth with the great outdoors – is looking for motivated people to introduce young people to the outdoors.   • Outings Leaders – Help us to scout and run local trips – including hiking, biking, backpacking, canoeing, x-country skiing, etc. Begin immediately as an outing assistant leader, working with an experience leader, to learn what is involved.
