Welcome to the Northwest Cook County Group!The Northwest Cook County Group (NWCCG) is a local group of the Illinois Chapter of the Sierra Club. The Sierra Club is America’s oldest, largest and most influential grassroots environmental organization. Founded in 1892 by John Muir and other supporters, the Sierra Club’s goal is to explore, enjoy and protect the planet.
