Chicago Group Holiday-Service Party • Lend a volunteer hand to help Sierra Illinois Chapter with tasks including member outreach, clean energy and water issues work, handyman tasks and more. You will learn a lot about Sierra Club and local issues as you work. Then, we party! An appetizer - dessert potluck offers the best parts of a meal. Please bring an appetizer or dessert to share. Drinks will be provided. The party is at Sierra Illinois Chapter office at 70 E. Lake St., Suite 1500, Chicago. Please RSVP to Chris Williamson at 773-935-8439 or birdchris@aol.com.

Wolf Tracking in Northern Wisconsin • Come out for a winter weekend of wolf atracking activities in Northern Wisconsin. This unique winter outing will be held at Treehaven, an outdoor education center run by the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point. Activities will include an orientation on wolf behavior, tracking, outdoor winter survival skills, fort building, and a wolf howl on Saturday night. Snowshoes and cross country skis will be used for exploring this beautiful site. Approximate donation of $160 covers 2 nights lodging, 3 meals, all necessary equipment and administrative fees.
